プライバシーポリシー

MaoMeiLabs（以下「当方」）は、本アプリ「お遍路みちしるべ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 取得・利用する情報

• 位置情報：利用者が端末上で許可した場合に、現在地の地図表示、出発札所の候補提示、およびデジタル御朱印の訪問判定のために使用します。位置情報の利用は任意で、端末の設定からいつでも許可を変更できます。当方のサーバーでは位置情報を保存しません。
• アプリの利用状況：Firebase Analyticsを通じて、画面の閲覧やアプリの操作、端末・OS・アプリのバージョン、おおよその地域、アプリインスタンスに関する識別子等を取得する場合があります。これらは利用状況の把握および機能改善のために使用します。
• クラッシュ・診断情報：Firebase Crashlyticsを通じて、クラッシュログ、スタックトレース、クラッシュ時のアプリ状態、端末・OS・アプリのバージョン、CrashlyticsおよびFirebaseのインストール識別子等を取得します。これらは不具合、クラッシュおよび応答停止（ANR）の調査・改善のために使用します。
• 端末内の設定・巡礼記録：表示言語、テーマ、位置情報機能の有効・無効、訪問済み札所と訪問日等は、端末内のブラウザストレージ（localStorage等）に保存します。当方のサーバーには保存しません。
• 任意の応援（アプリ内課金）：本アプリは無料で、機能は全て無料でご利用いただけます。任意の応援（金額は利用者が選択）を、Google Playの課金システムで受け付けます。決済はGoogle Playが処理し、当方は氏名・カード番号などの決済情報を取得しません（購入の成否の通知のみを受け取ります）。応援によって、機能や表示内容は変わりません。
• アクセスログ：サービスの運用上、アクセス日時、アクセス先、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・端末に関する情報等がサーバーやホスティング事業者のログに一時的に記録される場合があります。不正利用の防止、セキュリティ確保および障害対応のために使用します。

本アプリにはユーザー登録・ログイン機能がなく、氏名、住所、電話番号またはメールアドレスの入力を求めません。

2. 外部サービスおよび情報の取扱い

本アプリは、機能提供、品質改善および運用のために以下の外部サービスを利用します。これらの事業者は、サービス提供に必要な範囲で利用者情報を処理する場合があります。

• Google Maps Platform（地図表示、経路検索、標高情報および札所情報）：Googleプライバシーポリシー
• Firebase Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics（利用状況の分析、クラッシュ・診断情報の収集）：Firebaseのプライバシーとセキュリティ
• Railway（アプリおよびデータベースのホスティング）：Railway Privacy Policy
• OpenStreetMap（周辺施設情報の一部）：OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy

3. 第三者提供

当方は、利用者情報を販売しません。また、次の場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。

• 本ポリシーに記載した外部サービス事業者へ、機能提供、分析、障害対応またはホスティングに必要な範囲で処理を委託する場合
• 法令に基づく場合、または人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合

4. 保存期間および削除

• 端末内に保存された設定や巡礼記録は、アプリのデータ消去またはアンインストールによって削除できます。
• Firebase Crashlyticsのクラッシュ情報および関連識別子は、Googleの定める保持期間に従って処理されます。Firebaseは、Crashlyticsのクラッシュ情報および関連識別子について、原則として90日間保持した後、稼働中およびバックアップシステムからの削除処理を開始すると説明しています。
• Firebase Analyticsの情報およびサーバーのアクセスログは、利用目的の達成、セキュリティ確保、法令遵守およびサービス運用に必要な期間に限って保持します。

本アプリはアカウントを作成せず、当方のサーバーに巡礼記録を保存しません。利用者情報に関する確認または削除のご相談は、第9条の連絡先までお問い合わせください。ただし、匿名または仮名化された識別子のみで保存され、特定の利用者との対応付けができない情報は、個別に特定・削除できない場合があります。削除方法の詳細はデータの削除についてをご覧ください。

5. 安全管理

本アプリと当方のサーバーおよび外部サービスとの通信には、原則としてHTTPSによる暗号化を使用します。当方は、利用者情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざんまたは滅失を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

6. Cookieおよび端末識別子等

本アプリは、アカウント認証を目的としたCookieを使用しません。一方、アプリの設定保存にはlocalStorage等を使用し、Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsは、利用状況の分析や品質管理のためにアプリインスタンスまたはインストールに関する識別子を使用する場合があります。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得しません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令、サービス内容または利用する外部サービスの変更等に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

MaoMeiLabs ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in the “Ohenro Michishirube” application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect and Use

• Location data: With the user's device permission, the App uses location data to show the current position on the map, suggest a starting temple, and verify visits for digital goshuin. Location use is optional and permission can be changed at any time in device settings. We do not store location data on our servers.
• App usage data: Through Firebase Analytics, we may collect screen views and app interactions, device, OS and app version information, approximate region, and app-instance identifiers. We use this information to understand usage and improve the App.
• Crash and diagnostic data: Through Firebase Crashlytics, we collect crash logs, stack traces, relevant app state at the time of a crash, device, OS and app version information, and Crashlytics and Firebase installation identifiers. We use this information to investigate and improve defects, crashes, and Application Not Responding (ANR) events.
• On-device settings and pilgrimage records: Display language, theme, location-feature status, visited temples, visit dates, and similar information are stored in browser storage on the device (such as localStorage). They are not stored on our servers.
• Optional support (in-app purchase): The App is free and all features are available at no cost. Optional support (the amount is chosen by the user) is accepted through the Google Play billing system. Google Play processes the payment, and we do not receive payment information such as your name or card number (we only receive a notification of whether the purchase succeeded). Supporting does not change any features or content.
• Access logs: For service operations, information such as access time, requested resource, IP address, browser, and device information may be temporarily recorded in server or hosting-provider logs. We use these logs to prevent abuse, maintain security, and troubleshoot failures.

The App has no user registration or login feature and does not ask users to enter their name, postal address, telephone number, or email address.

2. Third-Party Services and Processing

The App uses the following third-party services to provide functionality, improve quality, and operate the service. These providers may process user information to the extent necessary to provide their services.

• Google Maps Platform (maps, routing, elevation data, and temple information): Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics (usage analytics and crash/diagnostic reporting): Privacy and Security in Firebase
• Railway (application and database hosting): Railway Privacy Policy
• OpenStreetMap (some points-of-interest data): OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell user information. We do not disclose user information to third parties except:

• when our service providers process information as necessary to provide features, analytics, troubleshooting, or hosting described in this Policy; or
• when required by law or necessary to protect a person's life, safety, or property.

4. Retention and Deletion

• Settings and pilgrimage records stored on the device can be deleted by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
• Firebase Crashlytics crash information and related identifiers are processed according to Google's retention periods. Firebase states that Crashlytics crash stack traces and related identifiers are generally retained for 90 days before removal from live and backup systems begins.
• Firebase Analytics information and server access logs are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, security, legal compliance, and service operations.

The App does not create user accounts or store pilgrimage records on our servers. To inquire about or request deletion of user information, contact us using the details in Section 9. Information stored only under anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers may not be individually identifiable or deletable if it cannot be associated with a specific user. See Data Deletion for details.

5. Security

Communications between the App, our servers, and third-party services are generally encrypted using HTTPS. We take reasonable safeguards to protect user information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

6. Cookies and Device Identifiers

The App does not use cookies for account authentication. It uses localStorage and similar technologies to save app settings. Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may use app-instance or installation identifiers for usage analytics and quality management.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy in response to changes in law, App functionality, or third-party services. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
